Tejashwi Yadav announced, will implement ‘Mai Behan Maan Yojana’ as soon as we come to power

Bihar. New schemes are being announced to woo women voters in the elections. In this sequence, in view of the assembly elections to be held in Bihar next year, Tejashwi Yadav has announced ‘Mai Behan Maan Yojana’ to woo women voters.

Tejashwi said that under this scheme, women will be given Rs 2500 every month when he comes to power. This is not the first time that RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has made an announcement for voters. Earlier, he promised to give ‘200 units of free electricity’ to consumers in Bihar.

Announcing the scheme for women in Darbhanga, Tejashwi Yadav said, “If our government is formed in the state, we will start ‘Mai Behan Maan Yojana’. Under the Mai Behan Maan Yojana, we will give Rs 2500 directly to the accounts of economically weaker mothers and sisters. As soon as the government is formed, we will start this scheme within a month.”
