Activa found abandoned on the bridge, woman missing

Raipur. A married woman jumped into the Mahanadi river from a bridge on National Highway 53 in Paragaon village of Arang. The incident is said to have happened on Monday morning. As soon as the information was received, Arang police and divers reached the spot. The search for the woman is on.

The police said that the woman’s scooty was found on the Mahanadi bridge. Also, the dupatta is tied to the railing of the bridge. Due to which the woman has been identified as Swati Trivedi (27 years). No one has seen the woman jumping into the bridge, but due to the possibility of jumping, divers are searching for the woman in the Mahanadi.

The woman who jumped into the Mahanadi river had come to her maternal home in Paragaon to celebrate Rakshabandhan festival. The woman was married to Ajay Trivedi, a resident of Raipur, two years ago. Both of them also have a two and a half month old child.
