A youth preparing for police recruitment died in an accident on NH-719.

Bhind: On Thursday morning, a 20-year-old student preparing for the police recruitment exam in Bhind was crushed to death by a truck.
The tragic accident occurred near a hotel on National Highway 719. Another young man who was running was also seriously injured. Following the accident, angry villagers placed the body on the highway and blocked traffic, completely disrupting traffic for nearly four hours.
The deceased was identified as Shweta Yadav, daughter of Ravi Yadav and a resident of DD Nagar. She was out for a morning walk with her younger sister, Balli Yadav, when a speeding, unknown vehicle hit Shweta. She suffered serious injuries. She was admitted to the district hospital and is undergoing treatment. After the accident, Shweta’s younger sister returned home crying and informed her family. Family members and villagers then rushed to the scene and blocked the highway by placing Shweta’s body in the middle of the road. The protest caused a four-hour traffic jam, with long lines of vehicles stretching two kilometers on both sides of the highway.
Upon receiving the information, ASP Sanjeev Pathak arrived at the scene with police force. He pacified the angry crowd, cleared the traffic jam, and sent the body for post-mortem examination. Police are now scanning CCTV footage in the surrounding area to search for the driver.
