Tiger Spotted on Outskirts of Jadalpet, Bhupalapally District

The presence of a tiger in the outskirts of Jadalpet in Chityala mandal of Bhupalapally district has created a stir. It is reported that a large tiger is roaming in the Chityala, Tekumatla, Regonda and Maneru catchment areas. A tiger killed a bull by biting its throat in the outskirts of Jadalpet. Due to this, the villagers are in panic.
Forest officials have been alerted in the wake of the tiger’s movement. They have advised that no one should go alone to graze livestock or do farm work. They said that they have increased surveillance on the tiger’s movements.
