AIADMK will form the government alone: M. Thambidurai

Tamil Nadu: The AIADMK will form the government in Tamil Nadu on its own, said the party’s propaganda secretary and MP, M. Thambidurai.
Speaking at the Martyrs’ Day event on the Ambur bypass, organized by the Tirupattur District Students’ Association, he said: It was during the Congress rule that Hindi was imposed, and during Indira Gandhi’s rule, the Emergency was declared and the people of Tamil Nadu were imprisoned. The DMK, by remaining in alliance with the Congress party for 18 years, transferred education from the state list to the concurrent list, thereby depriving the state of its rights.
Let us protect the rights of Tamils and safeguard the Tamil language. Father Periyar and Grandfather Anna fought and secured 69 percent reservation. Former Chief Minister MGR enacted it into law. The former Chief Minister continued the fight and passed a resolution in Parliament to include it in the Ninth Schedule, and the party that is consistently working for the Tamil language is the AIADMK. But the DMK government is deceiving the people by saying that Tamil is Tamil.
The DMK government is deceiving everyone by making false promises during the elections and by not giving women their rights. He said that Edappadi K. Palaniswami has promised that all women will be given Rs. 2,000 once the AIADMK government is formed.
The meeting was presided over by District Students’ Association Secretary Dhananjayan. City Secretary M. Mathiazhagan, Madanur West Union Secretary Engineer R. Venkatesan were present. Vaniyambadi MLA Senthilkumar, former MLA Govi. Sampathkumar, State Jayalalithaa Peravai Joint Secretary G.A. Delhibabu, Madanur East Union Secretary Jyothi Ramalinga Raja, District Information Technology Association Secretary V. Gopinath, District Agriculture Association Secretary Mahadevan, AIADMK functionaries Karate K. Mani, Dinesh, and District Students’ Association President Rajkamal participated.
