Teacher killed by unknown vehicle
Balod. An accident took place on Raipur Jagdalpur National Highway No. 30 near Chittod village. A young man died on the spot in an accident near Bardia Rice Mill. The incident was so terrible that the young man’s body was torn to pieces. It is being told that an unknown vehicle hit the young man and then the young man got into his grip. Since the condition of the dead body was not correct, it took a lot of effort to identify it. Finally, the team of Purur police station identified the young man, who was a teacher.
Station in-charge Arun Kumar Sahu told that “the deceased has been identified as Shravan Kumar Thakur father Keju Ram Thakur age 45, resident of village Mokha police station Bhakhara.” Presently this person used to reside in Gujarati Colony Dhamtari. After the accident, the relatives of the deceased were informed and a panchnama was done. After conducting the post-mortem of the dead body, a morgue has been set up in the police station. On the other hand, investigation is being done by registering a crime against the unknown vehicle.
The deceased teacher Shravan Kumar Thakur was posted as a teacher in village Bania of Keshkal development block. He had gone to Keshakal from his home to school. From where he was coming back. Then an unknown vehicle hit near the rice mill. After which the teacher riding the bike came under the grip of the vehicle. The teacher died on the spot after coming under the wheels.
