Sister reached police station against brother, accused of calling father’s murder a heart attack

Kanker. A Kalyugi son has beaten his own father to death in Korer police station area. Misleading the relatives and the villagers, the shroud of the dead body was also buried by saying that it was death due to heart attack. The matter came to light when the daughter of the deceased lodged a complaint with the police fearing the murder of her father. His father Bajruram Patel, age 65, was murdered by his brother in a mutual dispute, after which the police started investigating the case and sought permission from the SDM court to take the body out of the grave.

SDM Manish Sahu gave permission to take the dead body out of the grave. The dead body has been taken out after digging the grave, after which the body has been sent for post mortem. The matter is of 7th June. When Bajruram Patel died of heart attack, his son Sunil Patel buried the dead body in a huff and puff. Janki Patel, the daughter of the deceased, lodged a complaint with the police after this. It was his brother who killed his father by punching him in the chest, after which the police swung into action. At present, the postmortem is being done, after which the police can disclose the whole matter.
