Heavy rain worsens situation in Bengaluru, traffic jam on roads

Bengaluru (IANS) | Incessant rains threw normal life out of gear in Bengaluru on Tuesday. Commuters faced huge traffic jams across the city. Traffic jams were reported in the Central Business District areas. Whereas, many main roads were submerged.

Traffic towards Kempe Gowda International Airport was also affected. Whereas, metro stations were crowded as people tried to avoid traffic jams on the roads.

The Bengaluru Traffic Police also urged drivers and passengers to slow down and drive safely.

Meteorological centers have predicted continuous heavy rains for at least the next two days.
