WASHINGTON | Rescuers searching for the missing Titanic submersible have detected an underwater noise during the search. The US Coast Guard has confirmed this on Wednesday. Please tell that the submersible went missing in the Atlantic Ocean two days ago.
The US Coast Guard’s First District said on its official Twitter page that a Canadian P-3 aircraft detected noise underwater in the search area. As a result, ROV (remotely operated vehicle) operations were shifted in an attempt to locate the origin of the noise. However, the ROV search has not turned up anything so far, but our search is on.
Submersible missing since June 19
Significantly, a small submarine carrying people to see the wreckage of Titanic along with its crew has been missing in the Atlantic Ocean since June 19. The company issued a statement saying that efforts are on to bring back all the people safely.
Till now it is not clear where the submarine is missing in the sea. A search and rescue operation has been launched to track the submersible. The specialty of the submersible is that it can carry five people at a time.
