People’s issues will dominate the 2024 elections, not faces: Tejashwi Yadav
Patna (IANS) | Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav said on Saturday that the 2024 Lok Sabha elections will not be fought on the face of any one person but on the issues of common people. Appreciating the rich heritage of Bihar, Tejashwi Yadav said that Bihar is the birthplace of democracy and many movements started here.
Tejashwi Yadav further said that Bihar is the birthplace of democracy, where big movements have taken place. Bihar took the initiative to show the direction to the country during the Emergency. Today, when the country is facing such a situation, it was a big deal for the top leaders from Kashmir to Kanyakumari to come together for the opposition meeting in Patna.
We have not gathered here for ourselves, but have come together to fight for the cause of the common man and defeat the fascist forces.
Tejashwi Yadav said that our goal is to unite the country. The next election will not be for any one person but it is the election of the people.
When Tejashwi Yadav was asked whether CM Arvind Kejriwal is not happy with this meeting. In response to this, Tejashwi Yadav said that no one is dissatisfied.
Let us inform that a meeting of opposition parties was held in Patna on Friday. In this meeting, 20 parties with similar ideology came on one platform. In this meeting, there was a discussion about defeating the BJP in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
