Robbery: Miscreants took away jewelery and lakhs of rupees cash at gunpoint

Korba. Due to the incident of robbery in the residential area, there is an atmosphere of sensation in the area. According to information, the masked dacoits tied up an elderly woman and a minor girl and carried out the entire incident. The incident is of Civil Line police station area.

According to preliminary information, Raj Kumar Nirmalkar, a resident of MP Nagar, had gone to Akaltara to attend the Dashagatra programme. Meanwhile, taking advantage of the sunpan, four masked family members took away the jewelery and lakhs of rupees in cash from the cupboard at knife and gunpoint. On receiving the information of the incident, apart from the Civil Line Police, top officials have reached the spot. Blockade has been done in the city to arrest the dacoits. Police are also scanning CCTV footage installed nearby to identify the suspects.
