Again a fearless miscreants snatched mobile from a woman riding a scooty

Noida | A woman going on a scooty with her son in Sector 24 police station area of the district snatched her mobile phone and fell down along with the vehicle while chasing the fleeing miscreants, injuring her and her son. Giving this information, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone I) Harish Chander said on Thursday that the police arrested both the miscreants who snatched the woman’s mobile phone within an hour.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Chander said that Rachna, a resident of Sector 22, was returning with her son on a scooty from Logic Mall on Wednesday at around 4 pm. He said that the miscreants snatched his mobile phone from him and fled near the City Center Mall. The woman followed them but near Adobe intersection the woman lost control of her scooter and fell. The woman and her son suffered minor injuries in the incident. Meanwhile, the miscreants ran away.

The DCP said that people passing by informed the police. He told that on the basis of information received from the woman, the police arrested both the miscreants within an hour. They have been identified as Kuldeep, a resident of Etawah district, and Suraj, a resident of Chaura village in Noida. He told that the police have recovered the mobile phone looted from the woman from the miscreants and further action is being taken.
