Chief Minister has given approval – IT trained constable post will be created in 918 police stations of the state – 5 new sub police
The state government is constantly taking important decisions to strengthen the law and order situation in the state. In this sequence, Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot has approved the creation of 249 different posts for the opening of new Deputy Superintendent of Police offices and police stations in different districts of the state. Along with this, approval has been given to create posts of IT trained constables in 918 police stations of the state for effective disposal of tasks related to information technology.
As per the proposal, new Deputy Superintendent of Police offices will be opened in Rupawas (Bayana, Bharatpur), Fagi (Dudu), Nangal Rajawatan (Dausa), Shivganj (Sirohi) and Chittorgarh Rural and Sadar Police Station in Alwar’s Behror. Apart from this, Saketnagar (Ajmer), Kotri (Pratapgarh), Vijay Mandir (Alwar), Jaluki (Bharatpur), Sudrasan (Nagaur), Balaheri (Dausa) and Badgaon (Udaipur) police posts will be upgraded to police stations. A total of 249 posts and necessary resources have been approved for their operations. Also, a total of 918 posts (one post each) of IT trained constables will be created in various 918 police stations.
With this decision of Shri Gehlot, the law and order system of the state will be strengthened and the youth will also get golden employment opportunities. With the promotion of IT (Information Technology) in police stations, work will be done smoothly, which will benefit the common man. It is notable that the Chief Minister had announced in this regard in the budget of the year 2023.
