police arrested fake tantrik
Raipur. Fake tantrik has been arrested by the police. According to the information, Lekhram Sahu had written a report in the police station that he was identified with a person named Brahm Dutt Ingale of Neemgaon, Nashik Maharashtra, about 4 years ago in Raipur, the accused had introduced himself as a Tantrik. In the beginning, he used to take money in the name of chanting tantra mantras to remove minor problems at home. When the members of the house fell ill, instead of going to the hospital, he used to claim to be cured by tantra mantra.
Gradually, showing the fear of severe crisis at home, death in car accident, untimely death of the child, he kept asking for money to perform big rituals, then there has been an obstacle in the ritual, he kept asking for money by threatening the applicant. Even in the rituals Apple company’s mobile will be used, saying that it will have to be burnt in the havan, took expensive mobiles twice.. once got TV finance done. Ask for gold and silver ornaments. The applicant kept sending money to the accused’s account by borrowing money from his account and from the accounts of friends and acquaintances for fear of being harmed. In this way, in the last four years, the accused collected about 40 lakh rupees. When the applicant stopped talking, he would harass him by making hundreds of calls in a day.
The limit was reached when the accused started demanding Rs 15 lakh for performing rituals by showing the fear of untimely death of the entire family in a road accident. Then being upset, the applicant wrote a report against Brahm Dutt Ingale, which was taken into consideration by registering crime number 297/23, Section 420,508 Bhadvi in Thana Purani Basti. Meanwhile, the accused had come to Raipur to collect money and meet other judges. On the instructions of senior officers, without delay, Purani Basti police, SHO Mukesh Singh and team arrested him from a hotel in Fafadih.
On interrogation, the accused accepted that he had collected money from the applicant in the name of Tantra Mantra. The police have also seized the mobile of the Apple company from the possession of the accused. Which was taken by the accused from the applicant in the name of breaking it at the time of ritual. The visiting card of Pothi Tantrik has also been seized from the possession of the accused. The accused has told that he has many jajmans in Chhattisgarh including Raipur.
