Demanded money from family members to meet prisoners, complaint reached to jail in-charge

Bilaspur. A video of Central Jail Bilaspur has been released by the youth. There is an allegation on the sentry posted there that they are demanding money from the family members to meet the prisoners. Currently, there is a stir in the jail department due to this video.

The same Bilaspur resident Arbaaz Khan issued a letter saying that he has been going around the jail for two days. But till date he is not being allowed to meet his younger brother. The guards demand money for meeting. Whose complaint has been made by Arbaaz Khan to the jail in-charge.
