15 year old girl raped by minor boy with sister’s help

Udaipur (IANS). A 15-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a minor boy with the help of his sister in Hiran Magri area of Rajasthan’s Udaipur district. The police have detained the accused in this case.

Station House Officer (SHO) of Hiran Magri police station Ram Sumer Meena told IANS, “The accused is a drug addict and hence he has been admitted to a de-addiction centre. However, his sister is at home. We have recorded the statement of the victim and further investigation is on.

Police officials said that the victim and the accused studied together in Class 10 in a private school. He and both the accused used to attend the same tuition class and were friends.

The boy was lying behind the victim. The boy was asking the girl to share her nude video, but she refused. Soon after, the siblings hatched a plan and called the victim to a room where the sister locked her with her brother. After this, the accused raped her and made a video.

Police started investigation and registered a case under POCSO and IT Act. The police has also recorded the statement of the victim before the judge in the court.

According to SHO Meena, the incident took place in August 2022, but came to light only after the objectionable video went viral on social media. He told that the accused made an objectionable video and made it viral in the school’s social media group.

The victim’s classmates saw the video on social media and informed the principal. After this the principal called the family members of the girl and informed them about the matter. After this, the relatives of the victim lodged a complaint against the minor siblings at the Hiran Magri police station.
