Chief Minister gave approval – Sewerage work will be done in Bhinmal at a cost of Rs 54.83 crore
Sewerage related works will be done in waste management at Bhinmal in Jalore district at a cost of Rs 54.83 crore. Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot has given financial approval for the sewerage work of the first phase. With this, facilities related to waste management will be developed in Bhinmal.
As per the approval of Shri Gehlot, out of Rs 54.83 crore, Rs 13.44 crore will be spent from convergence under the Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban). The remaining amount of Rs 41.38 crore will be funded from RUDF-II.
It is noteworthy that in the budget year 2023-24, the Chief Minister had announced to get sewerage work done in 5 cities including Bhinmal.
