Rajasthan State Fair Authority Bill – 2023, Fairs will now be safe and well organized – Vice President, Fair Authority
Expressing happiness over the passing of the Rajasthan State Fair Authority Bill 2023 in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, State Minister of State Shri Ramesh Borana, Vice Chairman of the State Fair Authority, has expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot. He said that now the fairs and padyatras organized in the state will be organized in a more secure and orderly manner after the authority’s bill is passed and becomes an act.
Addressing the press conference at Paryatan Bhawan on Wednesday, Mr. Borana said that Rajasthan is a rich cultural region, where fairs and festivals are the mainstay of our traditional life and their relevance becomes more important in the rapidly changing social values.
Mr. Borana said that the State Fair Authority was formed in 2011 by the Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and today he has given a legal shield to protect, secure and develop the fairs and folk festivals of the state by duly making an act of this authority.
Vice President of Rajasthan State Fair Authority said that through this act, the state government, while respecting religion and spirituality in the state, has given an opportunity to strengthen the faith of the devotees, while the fair culture of the state has a safe environment to flourish.
