420 case registered against two youths who canceled the tender

Raipur. A case of 420 has been registered against two youths who canceled the tender for not paying the dues of 12 lakhs for 31 months. Himanshu Gupta and two others work in a water treatment plant at Aishwarya Bazar on Vidhansabha Road. He was given the job by Ajay Nair. Which was around 2.55,77 crores. 1,32,72 crore was paid after the work was completed. Cheated by canceling the tender by saying that I will give the remaining 12.44 lakhs later.
