Inauguration of Judicial Service Center along with Ideal Legal Services Center in Revdar

Under the Legal Services Service Center Scheme issued by the Rajasthan Legal Services Authority, Jaipur, the Model Legal Services Center and Judicial Services Center for Centralized Filing at Revdar Headquarters were formally inaugurated by District and Sessions Judge Mrs. Roopa Gupta.
On this occasion, an online complaint or legal advice portal was also launched by the District and Sessions Judge. On this occasion, District and Sessions Judge Smt. Roopa Gupta told that the link of this portal will be available on the web site of the District Court and through this, common people can send their complaints online to Legal Services Authority and Legal Services Committees.
Mrs. Gupta said that this portal will undoubtedly prove to be useful in conducting legal service programs more effectively, along with this, Mrs. Gupta told that along with the information related to the case by the advocates and general public in the judicial service center, the presentation of new cases can be done through a single window of centralized filing and suggested maximum use of new technology to the advocates and also told that the remote taluka of each division of the state has been selected by the Honorable Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority. A plan has been issued to set up an ideal legal service center there, for which Revdar has been selected in Jodhpur division.
Important facilities like CIS, e-filing, epay, case information, video conference etc. will be available at this service centre. Along with redressal of grievances, legal assistance and advice will be provided at the service center. This center will be equipped with e-services and all facilities of e-court services will be provided at Adarsh Legal Services Center. At the service centre, one personnel posted in the concerned Taluka Legal Services Committee and the other specially trained PLP will be appointed for the delivery of e-services. The PLVs, personnel and panel advocates of this table will be connected through mobile phones/tablets for delivery of digital and electronic legal services. At present, the legal facilities provided to the general public at the Legal Aid Clinic and Legal Services Centers will also be provided at this front office.
District Legal Services Authority Secretary Ramdev Sandu said that the mobile app of e-court is also available for advocates and general public, through which they can easily get the information about the case and all facilities of e-court services will be provided at Adarsh Legal Services Center.
Providing information regarding the complaint portal, District Court System Officer Kamlesh Prajapat said that this portal will play an important role for legal aid and the special feature of this portal is that the complaint number will also be provided to the applicant on the portal so that the live status of the complaint can also be seen. Advocates and officers should be present on this occasion.

Session 2023-24 in Pre Matric Scholarship Schemes
Examination for admission to class 06 on July 23
Sirohi, 21 July. For the educational development of students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Special Backward Classes in the state, the pre-admission examination for admission in class 06 for the session 2023-24 in three different special pre-matric scholarship schemes will be held on July 23 from 2 pm to 4 pm at the examination center Government Higher Secondary School Bhatkada (Sirohi).
Chief District Education Officer Smt. Ganga Kalawat told that according to the order of the directorate, on July 23, the examination was held from 10 am to 12 noon, and the examination will be held from 2 pm to 4 pm after making a partial amendment in the said date itself. All the candidates should be present according to the above schedule to appear in the examination.
Indira Gandhi Gas Cylinder Subsidy Scheme Beneficiary Festival District Level Program on 25th July
Sirohi, 21 July. Indira Gandhi Gas Cylinder Subsidy Scheme Beneficiary Festival district level program will be organized on July 25 at 12 noon at Panihari Garden, Sirohi.
District Collector Dr. Bhanwar Lal told that the Honorable Chief Minister will address through VC in this program and the Indira Gandhi Gas Cylinder Subsidy Scheme beneficiaries registered in the inflation relief camp, who have received gas cylinders in the month of May and June, will be transferred subsidy through DBT to the Jan Aadhaar linked account of the beneficiary.

Sirohi, 21 July. Due to non-availability of doctors in the Department of Radiology in Government Hospital Sirohi, Dr. was posted on the instructions of the Principal. Ram Singh, Dr. Veena, Dr. Nihal Singh and Dr. Usha Chauhan also did sonography of the obstetricians in the government hospital and now this facility will continue for the obstetricians.
The chief physician told that sonography was done on 4 obstetricians on Thursday and 6 obstetricians on Friday and the process of posting radiology doctor at the state government level is also going on.
