Odisha: Orange and yellow warnings for heavy to very heavy rainfall for 5 days issued, check

Bhubaneswar: The Meteorological Centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) here in Bhubaneswar today issued orange and yellow warnings for heavy to very heavy rainfall for the next five days in different districts of Odisha.

According to the IMD, the rainfall likely to occurred from 8.30 AM of July 31 of to 8.30 AM of August 4.

Here’s the weather waning for next five days:

Day-1: (Valid up to 8.30 AM of 31.07.23):

Orange Warning (Be Prepared): Heavy to very heavy rainfall (7 to 20cm) very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sambalpur, Boudh, Nayagarh and Angul.
Yellow Warning (Be updated): Heavy Rainfall (7 to 11cm) very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sundergarh, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Deogarh, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Sonepur, Balangir, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Nabarangapur, Malkangiri and Koraput.
Day-2: (Valid from 8.30 AM of 31.07.2023 to 8.30 AM of 01.08.2023.):

Orange Warning (Be Prepared): Heavy to very heavy rainfall (7 to 20cm) very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Puri, Jagatsinghpur, Dhenkanal, Angul and Sambalpur.
Yellow Warning (Be updated): Heavy Rainfall (7 to 11cm) very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Sundergarh, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Deogarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Boudh, Sonepur, Balangir, Kalahandi and Kandhamal.
Day-3: (Valid from 8.30 AM of 01.08.2023 to 8.30 AM of 02.08.2023):

Orange Warning (Be Prepared): Heavy to very heavy rainfall (7 to 20cm) very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Puri, Jagatsinghpur, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Boudh, Sonepur, Balangir, Bargarh and Sambalpur.
Yellow Warning (Be updated): Heavy Rainfall (7 to 11cm) very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Dhenkanal, Kendrapara, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Cuttack, Khurda, Angul, Deogarh, Sundergarh, Ganjam, Nayagarh and Nabarangapur.
Day-4: (Valid from 8.30 AM of 02.08.2023 to 8.30 AM of 03.08.2023):

Orange Warning (Be Prepared): Heavy to very heavy rainfall (7 to 20cm) very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Nuapada, Nabarangapur, Bargarh, Balangir, Kalahandi, Kandhamal.
Yellow Warning (Be updated): Heavy Rainfall (7 to 11cm) very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sundergarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Sonepur, Boudh, Rayagada, Koraput, Malkangiri and Ganjam.
Day-5: (Valid from 8.30 AM of 03.08.2023 to 8.30 AM of 04.08.2023):

Yellow Warning (Be updated): Heavy Rainfall (7 to 11cm) very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Nuapada, Balangir, Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur and Sundergarh.
