CM Dhami gave instructions to the department heads to fulfill the development goals till 2025
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, while reviewing the works of the departments under Strong Uttarakhand @ 25 in the secretariat, directed that special attention should be paid to the time limit for completing all the works being done in relation to the target for the year 2025. . The Chief Minister said that to achieve the target set by the departments to make Uttarakhand the leading state of the country by the year 2025, the work done by the departments on the ground so far and to speed up the future action plan will be reviewed regularly.
The Chief Minister said that there are many possibilities to work in the field of tourism, agriculture, horticulture and industry in the state. Along with a short-term action plan in these areas, fast work should be done in this direction as to what can be improved by the year 2030. In the meeting, the Chief Minister directed the officials that more efforts were needed to promote the local products of the state. Attention should be given to branding and marketing of local products and work on Apple and Kiwi mission should be expedited. In the meeting, Chief Secretary Dr. S.S. Sandhu, Additional Chief Secretary Radha Raturi, Anand Bardhan, Secretary R Meenakshi Sundaram, Shailesh Bagauli, Dr. Pankaj Kumar Pandey, Vijay Kumar Yadav, S.N. Pandey, Director General UCOST Prof. Durgesh Pant and other representatives were present.
