This problem is caused by the particles of food stuck in the teeth due to not cleaning the teeth regularly. Apart from this, it is caused due to ulcers, mail on the tongue, cold and cough, pyorrhea, lack of blood in the body etc.

Onions and garlic are the best examples, but other vegetables and spices can also cause bad breath. When these foods are digested and the pungent-smelling oils enter your bloodstream, they reach your lungs and continue to be exhaled until the food is completely eliminated from your body. Onions and garlic can cause bad breath for up to 72 hours after eating.

ways to get rid of bad breath
use of neem leaf
Boil 10-12 neem leaves and filter them in a glass. When the water cools down, gargle with it. Neem soothes irritation and pain and is anti-bacterial. Regular consumption of this cleanses the mouth internally and removes bad breath.
use of lemon
Take a lemon and cut it in half. Rub it gently on the teeth and gums. Vitamin C found in lemon makes the teeth and gums strong by shrinking the internal tissues of the mouth, removing the toxic substances from them, due to which the problem of bad breath is removed.
use of salt
