Special duty magistrate appointed for peace and law and order

World Tribal Day will be celebrated on August 9 in the district. Special duty magistrates have been appointed to maintain law and order during processions, rallies and processions in the city. Sub-Divisional Magistrate Dungarpur and Sub-Divisional Magistrate Bichiwada have been appointed as Special Duty Magistrates for the subdivision area Dungarpur.
Additional District Collector Hemendra Nagar said that the Duty Magistrate will coordinate with the equivalent senior police officers to maintain law and order and ensure necessary action by immediately reporting any untoward incident to the higher officials. Apart from the above places, for other places of the district, the concerned Tehsildar Naib Tehsildar will ensure complete monitoring of law and order situation and peace in his area as Executive Duty Magistrate. The Sub-Divisional Magistrate will be in overall charge of law and order at Dungarpur district headquarters and will ensure necessary arrangements by coordinating with the departments.
