Unique loot attempt from truck in Odisha, 2 detained
Cuttack: In a unique loot attempt in Odisha, a truck driver was attempted too be looted at Hanspal in Odisha, said reliable reports.
According to the latest reports, a car was stuck behind a truck in the traffic jam at Hanspal square. The two people in the car demanded Rs. 50,000 as they claimed that the truck had damaged the cars rear bumper.
The accused stopped the truck in Gopalpur area and looted the money. Both the car and the truck were seized by the Cuttack Sadar police station from Tirtol police station area.
Accused Dilip Jena and Mans Ranjan Sahu were arrested. There were already as many as nine cases in multiple police stations in the name of Dilip, informed Cuttack DCP Pinak Mishra.
