5 new dengue patients found, test report came positive
Bhilai. Dengue patients are continuously increasing in the township. 5 new patients have been found on Thursday. All of them have been admitted to different hospitals. A total of 8 patients have been found on Thursday, out of which 5 are from Sector-2. Of the remaining, one is Sector-4, one Sector-6 and one Smriti Nagar resident. Treatment of all these patients has been started. He was complaining of fever for the last three to four days. On the basis of this, he was tested for dengue, in which the report came positive.
Since July 21, 50 dengue patients have been found in the district. There are 5 BSF personnel in it. Only one of them has been included by the Health Department in its list. Remaining 4 dengue infected jawans have not been included in the list of Health Department. Because of this, only 46 dengue patients are being mentioned in the list of the Health Department in the district. While the figure has reached 50.
Here, in view of the increasing threat of dengue, door-to-door investigation has been started. Regular fogging is being done in the evening. People are being advised to use mosquito nets. Keep windows and doors compulsorily closed in the morning and evening. Aedes mosquito, which spreads dengue infection, is active in the morning and evening.
