Big B considers Abhishek Bachchan as his ‘friend’

New Delhi (IANS). Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who has always been known to be candid, meanwhile opened up about his relationship with his son actor Abhishek Bachchan on season 15 of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’. Big B said that we both are like friends.

Kunal Singh Dodiya from Ahmedabad will be seen in the upcoming episode of the quiz based reality show. Whose sole purpose of appearing in the show is to prove to his father that he is a responsible son.

Kunal is a young Police Sub Inspector in the Ahmedabad Police Force, he is currently attached with the Human Rights Department in the DG’s office.

Though Kunal is a hard worker, he confessed to Big B that he is a different person at home, adding that he is a procrastinator who wants to complete tasks at his own pace. His father and other family members do not like his behavior.

Kunal said that I am asking out of curiosity. Me and my father keep fighting at home. He thinks that I am not responsible. But how is it with you? How is your relationship with Abhishek Bachchan?

While listening to the father-son banter, Big B reminisced about his bond with his son Abhishek and elaborated on how he considers his son a close confidant.

Amitabh said that I see Abhishek as my friend. There is an old saying ‘When your son wears your shoes, he is not your son, but your friend.’ So Abhishek has taken all my shoes because they fit him.

The actor said that whatever I can talk about with Abhishek, I can’t do it with anyone in the family, and I believe the same thing happens with Abhishek. We are very open with each other. Whatever be the situation or any problem, we talk to each other. He said that this is our relationship.

Big B then asks Kunal’s father what he wants to say to his son. Kunal’s father said that he is perfect in his job, but he is 50 percent behind in household chores and responsibilities.
