Dead body found in a man’s drain in the village

Khairagarh: A dead body has been found in a man’s drain in Dilippur village of the district. There was a stir in the area after the dead body was found. The people around informed the police about the incident. The police reached the spot and have started investigation by establishing a marg. This matter belongs to Khairagarh police station area.

According to information, a dead body of a middle-aged man was found lying in a drain in Dilippur village under Khairagarh police station area. As soon as the villagers saw the dead body of the middle-aged man, it was immediately informed to Dial 112. After which the police reached the spot and got involved in the investigation. According to the villagers, the name of the deceased is Khuman Verma, age is about 50 years. It is being told that the deceased was drinking alcohol with his friends in the night. Due to excessive intoxication, he might have died due to suffocation after falling in the drain. At present, the police is probing the matter.
