Maida – 1 cup
Onion – 1/2 cup
Cabbage – 1 cup
Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Noodles boiled – 1/2 cup
Chili sauce – 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tsp
Garlic finely chopped – 2 tsp
Ginger finely chopped – 1 tsp
Carrot grated – 1 cup
Oil – 1 tbsp

To make Veg Spring Roll, first finely chop onion, garlic, ginger and capsicum. After this cut the cabbage into long pieces and grate the carrots. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add ginger-garlic to it and fry them for some time. After this, add finely chopped onions and fry for one to two minutes. Then add chopped capsicum and cook it on high flame for 1 minute. Now add carrots and cabbage to it and cook. After this, add boiled noodles to this mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes, mixing well with the mixture with the help of a spoon. During this keep stirring the noodles. Now add chili sauce, tomato ketchup and salt as per taste and mix all the ingredients well once again. Your stuffing is ready.
Now divide the stuffing in equal proportion and keep it aside. Now knead the dough of fine flour and roll out its roti and bake it lightly.
