Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot’s problems increased, lawyer filed case in CJM court
A criminal case has been filed against Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. Advocate Sudhir Ojha, who filed the case, said that the entire judiciary and lawyers are hurt by Ashok Gehlot’s statement. For this reason, he has filed a criminal case against Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot in the CGM Court of Muzaffarpur. In this, a case has been registered under sections 500, 501, 504, 506 of IPC. Advocate Sudhir Ojha said that considering the seriousness of the matter, the Honorable Court has fixed September 11 for hearing the case.
Gehlot had said severe corruption in Judiciary
