Women beat former Sarpanch fiercely, case registered
Bhilwara: A former sarpanch was beaten fiercely by women in Kachola of Shahpura district in Rajasthan. When Netaji entered a shop to escape from the women, the women reached there too and kept beating him. During this, the crowd remained a witness to this incident. The former sarpanch who was beaten by the women has many cases registered against him including misdeeds against an elderly person.
According to the information, this incident happened at the bus stand of Kachola. Hundreds of people kept watching this incident as spectators. Here some women beat up former sarpanch Prahlad Nat for about half an hour. During the fight, clothes of former sarpanch Prahlad Nat were torn.
The former sarpanch escaped from the women and entered a shop. The women also entered inside the shop and beat him. During this time people informed the police about this matter. On receiving information about the incident, Kachola police station reached the spot and took stock. After this, the former sarpanch was taken to the police station under police protection. The police is investigating this entire matter.
According to the police, many other cases have been registered against former Sarpanch of Kachola, Prahlad Nat, including raping an elderly person and obstructing government work. The investigation into irregularities in the Panchayat Raj Department is also going on. Kachhola police station’s assistant sub-inspector Indraj Meena said that the reason for the beating of the former sarpanch is not yet known.
