Panic in Medical College Hospital, admitted patient beaten up
Korba: A case of kidnapping and beating of a patient and his family members from the Medical College Hospital of the district has come to light. This incident has created a stir in the medical college. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police started investigating. This matter is of Civil Line Police Station area.
According to the information, Malaria patient Bhagirathi, resident of Rajgamar and his family members, admitted in the medical college located under Civil Line police station area, were kidnapped by more than half a dozen people at around 11 pm. When the kidnappers were carrying out this incident, the people admitted in the hospital kept watching the show. Kidnappers picked up everyone from the hospital and took them to the school bus. After which the patient along with his son and friend were thrashed fiercely. After committing the incident, the accused fled leaving everyone outside the hospital. It is being told that the wife of the young man admitted in the bed next to the victim patient Bhagirathi has carried out the incident by accusing Bhagirathi and his son and his friend of raping him.
After the incident, the young man admitted next to the victim and his wife are missing after being discharged from the hospital. After this incident, there was a stir in the District Medical College. After which District Medical College Co-Superintendent Ravikant Jatwar informed the Civil Line Police about the incident. The police is probing all points of the matter.
