Arrest made in teacher gangrape case, investigation ongoing

Jashpur: A case of gang rape of a Balrampur teacher by taking her to a garden on the pretext of taking her to a tourist spot has come to light. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered the crime. The matter is of Bagicha police station area of the district. According to the information, accused Saddam Khan and Imtiaz Ansari brought a female teacher from the neighboring district to the garden on the pretext of taking her to a tourist spot and gang-raped her. After the incident, both the accused escaped.

According to the information received, the accused Saddam Khan and Imtiaz Ansari had reached Jaipurnagar tourist spot to take the Balrampur teacher on a tour. She is a female teacher who is posted in Balrampur. During this, both of them raped the female teacher and then fled from the spot, leaving the teacher there. Bagicha police station in-charge Akhilesh Singh said that on the complaint of the victim, a crime has been registered against the accused Saddam Khan and Imtiaz Ansari under sections 294,506,323 and 376. The accused were being searched. Both the accused have been arrested in the gang rape case.
