Bank of India launches new app, customers will get this facility
Public sector bank Bank of India has unveiled a universal app called ‘BOI Mobile-Omni Neo Bank’ during the celebration of its 118th Foundation Day. The bank said that the BOI Mobile-Omni Neo Bank app will provide more than 200 services to customers.
“This application will enable our customers to enjoy 360 degree banking facilities like investments, payments/remittances, purchases and manage all accounts seamlessly,” BOI said in a statement. The bank has implemented new age adaptive authentication to enhance the security and authentication framework for customers. It said, ‘BoI Mobile-Omni Neo Bank App will represent a significant step in enhancing customer experience and convenience, which will Reflects the bank’s commitment to digitize all banking facilities.
net profit increased
State-owned BOI’s net profit nearly tripled to Rs 1,551 crore in the June quarter due to decline in bad loans. The Mumbai-based lender had posted a net profit of Rs 561 crore in the year-ago period.
