Road accident in Kamakhyanagar of Odisha, teacher dies

Kamakhyanagar: In a tragic incident, a teacher has lost his life in a road accident in Kamakhyanagar in Dhenkanal district of Odisha, said reliable reports.

The incident reportedly took place near Meuli of Kamakhyanagar, a town and a subdivision in Dhenkanal district on Friday.

The deceased teacher has been identified as Sahadeva Vishal of Raibol village under  Kamakshanagar police station limits, said reliable reports.

It is worth mentioning that the teacher died in the road accident in Kamakhyanagar while he was returning late at night on Thursday from Kusumuyodi village where he had gone to watch a dance performance.

According to reliable reports, a vehicle hit him near Meuli and he died on the spot. The locals immediately informed the local police. The police reached the spot and seized the body and sent it for postmortem.

The vehicle that caused the accident is yet to be traced by the police. An investigation is underway in this matter. Detailed reports awaited in this regard.
