Complainant turned into ‘cock’ in Bareilly, big action taken against SDM after photo goes viral

Bareilly (IANS). A photo of a man dressed as a cock in the SDM office of Bareilly Mirganj in Uttar Pradesh went viral on social media. The SDM has been removed in this case. District Magistrate Shivakant Dwivedi said that the SDM of Mirganj insulted the complainant by making him sit on the ground. Initial investigation has found negligence.

He has been removed from the post of SDM Mirganj and attached to the district headquarters. In his place, Additional Sub-District Magistrate Desh Deepak Singh has been made SDM Mirganj. Commissioner Soumya Aggarwal has also given instructions to investigate the matter.

Experts told that when the complainant demanded removal of encroachment from the cremation ground, the angry SDM Udit Panwar turned a young man into a cock. Hurt by this, the young man also became adamant. He said that unless you solve the problem, you will remain like a cock. He remained in this position in the office for two minutes.

Seeing this, the villagers accompanying him raised slogans and expressed their opposition to the SDM. The villagers of Mandanpur in Mirganj tehsil area had come with a complaint of encroachment on the cremation ground. He told the SDM that the cremation ground in the village has been taken over by people from other communities. The villagers demanded measurement and separation of the cremation ground. Enraged after hearing the complaint, the SDM made a complainant a cock. Also misbehaved with other people.

Someone present there made a video of this incident. SDM Udit Pawar clarified that he had not asked the complainant to become a ‘rooster’. He himself became a ‘rooster’ on the ground in front of his table.

The people who came together made a video and made it viral as part of a conspiracy. SDM is seen laughing in the viral video. It is alleged that he did not try to wake up the young man even once.
