New Delhi: AAP MP Sanjay Singh was taken to Rouse Avenue Court by Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials. Sanjay Singh was arrested last evening after ED raided his residence in the Delhi Excise Policy case.
The bail plea of AAP leader Manish Sisodia in the liquor scam case is being heard in the Supreme Court. The court has asked the ED many tough questions regarding the case and has asked it to present evidence on the claims of taking bribes. AAP’s uproar over the arrest: Aam Aadmi Party workers created a ruckus in Chandigarh. Police fired tear gas shells at AAP supporters who were trying to move towards the BJP office. Water cannon was also used. Many activists have been detained.

Aam Aadmi Party leader Gopal Rai said that the BJP government is scared of defeat. Journalists arrested, TMC MPs misbehaved, AAP MP Sanjay Singh arrested. They want to win the elections by putting all the opposition leaders including Mamata Banerjee, Arvind Kejriwal, Akhilesh Singh in jail. BJP cannot save itself from forfeiting its bail by keeping opposition leaders in jail.
