Election work will be completed in a fair and peaceful manner in the district: Collector Gopal Verma

Khairagarh/Chhuikhadan/Gandai. Collector and District Election Officer Shri Gopal Verma said that the election work will be conducted in a fair and peaceful manner in the district. Election work will be conducted in the district as per the instructions of the Election Commission of India and the provisions of the Model Code of Conduct. Collector Shri Verma was addressing the press conference held in the Collectorate meeting room today after the final publication of the second special brief revision of the electoral roll in the district. He informed that there are total 02 lakh 80 thousand 653 voters in the district. Which includes 01 lakh 46 thousand 245 male voters, 01 lakh 44 thousand 407 female voters and 01 third gender voter. The number of service voters is 89, the number of new voters aged 18 to 19 years is 11 thousand 453, the number of disabled voters is 1756, the number of elderly voters above 80 years of age is 1939.
