TVS launches Jupiter 125 SmartXonnect edition at Rs 96,855

TVS has launched the SmartXonnect variant of the TVS Jupiter 125 in India and the price starts at Rs 96,855 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The scooter is quite similar to that of the Ntorq XT and offers TFT dash.

The TVS Jupiter 125 SmartXonnect is powered by an air-cooled 124.8cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 8.2hp at 6500rpm. The torque generated by the engine is 10.5Nm at 4500rpm. The engine is similar to that offered on the Ntorq 125, however it focuses more on the fuel efficiency. The Kerb weight of the scooter is 109kg while the seat height is 765mm.

Speaking about the TFT dashboard we get a split dash setup, riding info on the right and Bluetooth data on the left.

Some of the important functions on the digital dash include real-time sporting match updates, alert from shopping and food apps, news, weather as well as voice assistance. The other notifications include message alerts, turn by turn navigations along with food and shopping apps.

Jupiter 125 SmartXonnect edition is placed at the top of the lineup of the scooter series (above the drum and disc variants).
