He used to extract the mobile number from the Facebook account and used to chat with the victim on WhatsApp. After that, in the month of August 2023, he came to Korba to meet the victim and stopped at a lodge and called the victim to meet him.
The accused got angry when the victim refused to do the work as per his wish. And started talking obscenely to the victim and started blackmailing the victim by editing her photo obscenely. When the victim blocked the accused on her mobile, the accused made the edited obscene photo viral by creating a group through Facebook. Gave it and also sent it to the victim.
When the victim informed her family about this, the victim’s brother started talking to the accused Abhay Khirade and requested him not to do so and to delete the viral post, then the accused started demanding money in exchange for deleting it, then the victim got upset and went to the police. When he was brought to the police station and interrogated,
he confessed to his crime and produced the mobile phone and SIM card used in the incident, which were confiscated by the police. Abhay Khirade, father Jagdish Khirade, age 25, resident of village 164 Patel Falia Kunjari police station Sendhwa tehsil Niwali district Barwani Madhya Pradesh, is being arrested and sent on judicial remand. Inspector Yuvraj Tiwari Sauni Anil Khande and constable Rajkumar Sahu played an important role in the arrest of the accused.
