Raigarh. The tradition of worshiping weapons on the day of Vijayadashami has been going on for years. According to tradition, every year the weapons and vehicles kept in all the police stations, outposts and police line armories of the district are cleaned and worshiped with rituals. In the same sequence, today on the occasion of Vijayadashami, in the arms worship program organized at Police Line Urdana, SSP Sadanand Kumar performed ritual ritual of weapons of armory, along with chanting of mantras, Havan Shanti was performed along with worship of Mahakali.
During the puja, following the mythological tradition, SSP Sadanand Kumar and ASP Sanjay Mahadeva sacrificed the pumpkin goat with a sword, after which a celebratory fire was fired in the open courtyard.
SP Sadanand Kumar along with the police officers and employees congratulated the people of the district on Vijayadashami and wished them happiness, prosperity and prosperity.
Police Line officers and employees including DSP Nikita Tiwari, CSP Abhinav Upadhyay, SDOP Kharsia Prabhat Patel, Security Inspector Amit Singh, City Inspector Vijay Chelak, Prashant Rao Aher, Ramkinkar Yadav were present in the Police Line Shastra Pujan program along with SSP and Additional SP. .
