The condition of more than 150 people deteriorated after eating food, there was a queue of patients in the hospital
Jhansi (Uttar Pradesh): A case of food poisoning has come to light in Poonch police station area of Jhansi district. In which about 200 people of the village became victims. Villagers allege that on the second day of Trayodashi program in the village, women, children, old men and young people got troubled with vomiting and diarrhea and many got fever. They have been admitted to Month and Samthar CHC, where the condition of many is said to be critical. On Sunday, in the presence of SDM Month, Chief Medical Officer Jhansi and other officers, the health department team has camped in the village, where people are being treated. Trayodashi program was held in village Baroda on 27th October. A large number of people from many villages had gone to participate in it.
Villagers allege that on Saturday some people started having stomach irritation, vomiting and diarrhea. And on Sunday their number suddenly increased. In many houses people were suffering from fever along with vomiting and diarrhoea. As the sun rose, the number of patients also increased. Due to which there was a stir in Baroda. The health department was immediately informed. The team that reached the spot examined the people and an ambulance was immediately called. About 25 to 35 people were admitted to Community Health Center Moth, while 35 to 45 people were sent to CHC Samthar. Many patients themselves went to private hospitals.
On Sunday, Sub-District Magistrate, Month, Manoj Kumar Saroj, Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Sudhakar Pandey, Dr. Sapan from Ayushman Bharat Department, Medical Superintendent, Month, Dr. Mata Prasad Rajput, Accountant, Raghavendra Samadhiya, Police Station In-charge, Poonch, Arun Kumar Tiwari, Principal Representative, Ved Prakash Verma. Did spot inspection with. The health department team has been called to the village. Where people have been tested. However, around 50 to 70 people including Himanshu, Mukesh Rajput, Bobby, Abhi, Bharat Lal, Raunak are admitted in the hospital in Samthar and Month.
