Devendra Babli’s advice to Deependra Hooda
Rohtak. Development and Panchayat Minister Devendra Babli, who reached Rohtak to take a review meeting of the development works of Panchayati Raj Institutions, admitted that there is a delay in implementing the budget and due to this he is taking stock of the development works by taking them out in the field. Not only this, his priority is to get development work done by establishing coordination between officers and elected representatives.
Taking a dig at the rally of Sarpanches being held in Jind, he said that now it has been directly proved that Congress is trying to defame the government by using the shoulders of these Sarpanches. Not only this, he even gave this advice to Deependra Singh Hooda that instead of thinking about JJP party, take care of his party, lest it gets reduced to 15 from 30 seats. During the meeting, he warned the officers and employees that if any negligence is done in development works, it will not be tolerated at any cost.
He also said that the decision to hold the next assembly elections in alliance has to be taken by BJP and Jannayak Janata Party. Their alliance was not formed for elections but only to run the government. At present, both the parties are preparing for the elections of 90 assembly seats. As far as Birendra Singh’s statement is concerned, it could be his personal statement. The rest has to be decided by both the political parties. When Devendra Babli was asked from which party he would contest the elections, his love for Congress was clearly visible somewhere. He said that he fights for the development of Tohana and earlier he wanted to contest elections from Congress but he did not get the ticket from Congress. However, he still has relations with the Congress party and will contest the elections only for the development of Tohana.
