MHC appoints Advocate Commissioner
Chennai: The Madras High Court has appointed Advocate Commissioner to record evidence from Leader of the Opposition (LOP) and AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami (EPS) in the defamation suit in connection with the Kodanad robbery cum murder case.
Justice N Satish Kumar allowed the application filed by EPS and appointed advocate Karthikei Balan as advocate commissioner for recording evidence.
