Stone pelting on Congress candidate’s vehicle
Bemetara: The convoy of Congress candidate and minister Guru Rudra Kumar from Navagarh has been attacked. His convoy was pelted with stones at around 9.45 pm in Jhal village in Navagarh block of Bemetara district. Guru Rudra Kumar and his team are safe in this incident. Whereas the vehicles have been badly damaged. Big news is coming amid Chhattisgarh assembly elections. Late Wednesday evening, the convoy of state government minister and Congress candidate Guru Rudra Kumar was attacked.
According to the information, stones were pelted at the minister’s convoy passing through the road. Guru Rudra Pratap is said to be safe in the incident. The incident has been carried out by unknown people. This incident is being reported from village Jhal of Navagarh police station area. It is being told that the glass of the vehicles has been broken. Minister Gururudra Kumar narrowly escaped in this incident. Minister Guru Rudra Kumar is the Congress candidate from Navagarh Assembly. Guru Rudra Kumar is considered a big face of Satnami community. After farmers and tribals, if there is any biggest vote bank in Chhattisgarh assembly elections, it is that of Satnami community.
