Arun Sao received notice from Election Commission
Raipur : In Chhattisgarh, elections have been completed on 20 seats of the first phase, voting on the remaining 70 seats is to be held on November 17. In view of the elections, candidates of political parties are busy campaigning. Meanwhile, the Chief Electoral Office has issued a notice to Bharatiya Janata Party State President Arun Sao for violation of the code of conduct.
According to the information, in the notice issued to Arun Sao, the Election Commission has considered the advertisement of Mahtari Vandan Yojana published in different newspapers on November 9 as a violation of the code of conduct. The Election Commission has sought a reply from Arun Sao in this regard within 24 hours. Let us tell you that in the advertisement of Mahtari Vandan Yojana published in newspapers, there is mention of giving Rs 1,000 every month to married women. Besides, QR code has also been given for door-to-door registration. The Election Commission has said that it appears that the amount given in the scheme can be immediately transferred to the voters.
