Murder of 4 members of a family, sensation spread

Udupi. On Sunday, an unknown assailant stabbed four members of a family to death in Karnataka’s Udupi district. According to the police, a masked man forcibly entered the house and brutally attacked Haseena and her three children. Another woman was seriously injured in this attack and was admitted to the hospital. This incident took place in Kemannu area of the district. Haseena was 46 years old and his sons were 23, 21 and 12 years old respectively.

Sources said that the victim’s husband works in the Gulf country. Udupi district superintendent of police Arun Kumar visited the spot. He said that the motive behind the murder is not yet known. The inspection of the matter is going on. There is an atmosphere of panic in the area regarding this murder. The local people are scared. A girl from the neighborhood told the police officers that she reached the spot after hearing the commotion. The suspects present here also threatened her due to which she became very scared.

On the other hand, police have arrested a 40-year-old man from Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh for killing a 19-year-old youth following a personal dispute in Maharashtra’s Thane district. A police officer gave this information on Sunday. Senior Police Inspector Sachin Chaudhary of Crime Unit-2 said that on November 8, the body of an unknown person was found in Narpoli police station area in Bhiwandi area of Thane, after which the police registered a case under section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). A case was registered under this and investigation into the matter was started. According to Chaudhary, the victim was identified on the basis of technical and intelligence information along with analysis of CCTV footage.
