Team India has never lost a match against New Zealand on home grounds in the World Cup. In such a situation, it is not going to be an easy task for the New Zealand team to defeat Team India even in today’s match. Meanwhile, Team India captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bat first.
Team India, who came to bat first after winning the toss, scored 397 runs losing four wickets in the stipulated 50 overs. For Team India, star batsman Virat Kohli played the highest innings of 117 runs. Tim Southee took maximum three wickets for New Zealand.
