Election Commission sent notice to Collector, know the reason

Balodabazar: The second phase of voting in Chhattisgarh is to be held on November 17. The Election Commission has sought a reply from Balodabazar Collector Chandan Kumar in the matter of arrest and release of BJP workers a day before voting. BJP leader Dr. Vijay Shankar Mishra had complained about this matter to the Election Commission.
