Explosion in illegal firecracker factory, 3 people burnt
Gopalganj : Three child laborers working in an illegal firecracker factory were badly burnt in an explosion in Sripur OP area of Gopalganj district of Bihar on Friday evening. At the same time, the house was completely damaged. The police arrested the accused who was making firecrackers.
According to the police, the police arrived after receiving news of an explosion in a house in Gidha Khap in the evening. It is said that the work of making illegal firecrackers was going on in the house where the explosion took place. In this incident, three teenagers working were badly burnt and were brought to the local hospital for treatment, from where the doctors referred them to the Medical College Gorakhpur for better treatment.
The injured have been identified as Pawan Kumar, son of Mangru Sahni, resident of Gidha Khap village, Nitish Kumar, son of Hridaya Sahni and Piyush Kumar, son of Sikandar Sahni. All the injured are said to be minors.
Superintendent of Police Swarn Prabhat said that the accused Mungfali Mian alias Mohaddinpur Mian has been arrested. The accused is a resident of Bahadurpur village of Tareya Sujan police station area of Kushinagar district of Uttar Pradesh, who had taken this house on rent. The accused is being questioned by the police.
